Jordan Rice is an actress, filmmaker, and content creator from Atlanta, GA. Rice is the founder of More To See Productions, LLC, a film/tv production company focused on bringing stories from marginalized communities to the screen. At age 11, she made audiences hold their breath in her film debut as the last little girl on the screen during the church bombing scene in Ava DuVernay's Selma. Some of her other notable film/TV work includes the character Esme in DC Universe's "Doom Patrol", Jackie Carson in the Apple TV+ Series, "Swagger", and Dylan in the romantic-comedy “One True Loves”. 

She began her theatre training at age 8 with the Youth Ensemble of Atlanta and began studying acting for screen at age 11. Her training has taken her all the way to London to study Shakespeare at the London Academy of Music and the Dramatic Arts (LAMDA). Her creative work has garnered her recognition as a 2020 YoungArts Theatre Finalist and Winner and a 2021 U.S. Presidential Scholar in the Arts Semifinalist. 

Rice has used her talents in front of and behind the camera to be a tool of social justice and equity for women and people of color. She has directed two award-winning films (STAINED and Breakup Weekend) in her early directing career. Her most recent short film, Breakup Weekend, has been successful on the film festival circuit in 2023 gathering a working total of 11 nominations, 4 festival wins, and 5 official selections. With an emphasis on expanding the lens of film/tv to a wider perspective that centers stories of marginalized groups, Rice is thrilled to continue developing her artistry in the future.
