Rice has been cast as Marie in the Tony Award-Winning play, "Jaja's African Hair Braiding" directed by Whitney White (Tony Nominee) and written by Jocelyn Bioh (Tony Nominee). The tour begins in DC at the Arena Stage Theatre, travels to Berkeley Repertory in California, and closes out in Chicago at the Chicago Shakespeare Theatre. Southeast Emmy Nomination!

For her hosting work in the second season of the PBS series, Hope Givers, Rice has been nominated for a Southeast Regional Emmy.

She is the youngest nominee in the category for 2024. The ceremony will be held on June 15th!
